you are still most welcome to participate in our Virtual Auction,
which opens November 15 at 9 pm, CST and closes November 28 at 9 pm, CST.

The meal will be served at your table — Your entrée choices are:
1. Grilled Seasonal Vegetables with Arugula, Quinoa, and Cous Cous Pilaf and Lemon Olive Oil Aioli; or
2. Fettucine, sweet Green Peas, Tomato Concassé, with creamy cracked Black Pepper Alfredo Sauce; or
3. Rigatoni, Bolognese (Marinara Sauce), roasted Garlic, fresh Ricotta, and Spinach.
Every meal includes Baby Field Green Salad OR Caesar Salad (Select One)
With individual warm garlic Parmesan roll in olive oil & spices,
A special Chef-created dessert and coffee, tea, lemonade and soft drinks.
All guests will also enjoy the Charcuterie Grazing Tables, which include:
Rosewood’s Spinach Artichoke Dip (fresh, hot Spinach, Artichoke hearts, Swiss/Gruyere, Parmesan, and Cream Cheese)
Freshly-baked crispy Italian Bread, Herb-dusted Flatbread, and Crostinis
Artisan-designed Display of local & imported Artisan Cheeses with Dried Fruits, assorted Italian Olives
Hand-crafted Charcuterie, Nuts, seasonal Fruit & Berries, Vegetables & Dips
Served with selected Crackers, Flatbread, and Crostinis

Wild Spirits Fantastical Forest

All Ticket Orders must be received by November 13 at 5 pm.  All Ticket Sales are Final.
Tickets are available by pre-purchase only, and will not be available at the door.

All seating will be assigned in advance.  Guests who wish to be seated together need to place their orders by November 1, and should purchase their tickets at the same time. Tickets are non-exchangeable after November 1.

The event starts at 4 p.m. when the bars open and appetizers are served.

Please respond by November 1 with each guest’s name and meal choice.
Any substitutions for tickets already purchased must be received no later than 4 pm November 1.‡
